• If the goods were not satisfied, can the payment be returned back?

    It depends on what caused the problem. If we have not made the goods as your requested size, color, techniques or confirmed design. We can re-make the goods, or returned the payment, or negotiate solutions such as give some discount, etc. Otherwise, we can’t responsible for the problem; but we can give you some discount for re-making the goods to reduce your losses.

  • How to proceed?

    step 1 .Send us E-mail with all details, such as artworks, materials, size, colors, Technics, destination and payment terms. If you are not sure about what you want, please attached our similar pictures.
    step 2 .Once received your details, we’ll reply you within a very short time, and quote you price, freight charge and transfer charge.
    step 3 .After you confirmed the price, we will issue the invoice.
    step 4 .Making designs if you don’t have after receive the order payment.
    step 5 .If you prefer to make samples first, we will proceed the samples after receive your sample charge. If not, please skip to step 6.
    step 6 .After received your design or sample approval, we will start producing the bulk immediately.
    step 7 .Bulk production and inspection and handover the goods.
    step 8 .after-sales service.

  • What kind of payment shall we use?

You can use the following 3 kinds of mode for payment

If pay via paypal, we have to ask for sharing the paypal transfer fee- 2% of the total payment, as paypal will charge receiver 4% of the total payment as transfer fee.

  • How do you transport goods

Option 1 By sea. The freight charge by sea is much cheaper than Air parcel, which is suitable for large quantity goods, and And the transit time should be within 1 month.
Option 2 By express .DHL / TNT / UPS / FEDEX / EMS/ARAMEX, which is suitable for small quantity within 1 week.The freight charge We can give should be 60% discount -30% discount of the official price.
Option 3 By air freight. It is cheaper than by express, and delivery time is less than by sea.


  • How long the goods can be arrived after I make payment?

    Answer: Sample lead time: 5-15 days, it’s depend on what kind of clothing label.
    Bulk lead time: 7-20 days
    Sample delivery time : 2-9 days by Fedex or DHL,to USA 1-2 days,  to UK 2-4 days,  to Canada and Australia 2-5 days.
    Bulk delivery time:  2-9days by Fedex or DHL7-10days by air freight30-40days by sea

  • How much to make a sample?

Answer:  Sample charge depends on what kind of the goods. The sample charge for woven label is 10USD, but for the other kinds of samples, it is about $30-$150, We can send the samples(about 10pcs) to you by Express. Please advise the Express NO., your company name and address, if you prefer freight collect. If prepaid,  the sample charge is $30US by Fedex or DHL, etc.


  • What kind of file format do you need for design?

We need vector graphic file but not bitmap file. vector graphic file has to be PDF, AI, EPS, CDR, and the design must be still clear even after infinitely enlarge, no the phenomena of mosaic, or it is bitmap file, not vector graphic file.

Bitmap is made of pixel, it will become serrated mosaic(not clear).
The common bitmap file are JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIF, PSD.
If the artwork you send us is not the final design, please advise the font name for helping revise it for you. And also advise the Pantone No. of the colors to make sure the color is exactly what you want.
