Faqs 1: If the goods were not satisfied, can the payment be returned back?

Faqs 1: It depends on what caused the problem. If we have not made the goods as your requested size, color, techniques, or confirmed design. We can re-make the goods or return the payment, or negotiate solutions. Such as giving some discount, etc. Otherwise, we are not responsible for the problem. But we can give you some discount for re-making the goods to reduce your losses.

Faqs 2: How to proceed?

Step 1. Email us with all details. Such as artwork, materials, size, colors, technics, destination, and payment terms. If you have no ideas, please attach our similar product pictures;
Step 2. Once received your details, we’ll reply to you in a short time. And quote you the price, the freight charge, and the transfer charge;
Step 3. After you confirmed the price, we will issue the invoice;

Step 4. Make designs if you don’t have them after receiving the order payment;
Step 5. If you prefer to make samples first. We will proceed with the samples after receiving your sample charge. If not, please skip step 6;
Step 6. After receiving your design or sample approval. We will start producing the bulk;
Step 7. Bulk production and inspection and handover of the goods;
Step 8. After-sales service;

Faqs 3: Which payment method should we use?

If you pay via PayPal, we have to ask for sharing the PayPal transfer fee-2% of the total payment. PayPal will charge the receiver 4% of the total payment as the transfer fee.

Faqs 4: How do you transport goods?

The freight charge by sea is much cheaper than an Air parcel. It is suitable for large quantity goods. And the transit time should be within 1 month.

DHL / TNT / UPS / FEDEX / EMS/ARAMEX. It is suitable for small quantities within 1 week. The freight charge We can give should be a 60% discount -30% discount off the official price.

It is cheaper than by express. And the delivery time is less than by sea.

Faqs 5: How long the goods can arrive after I make a payment?

Sample lead time: 5-15 days, it depends on what kind of clothing label;
Bulk lead time: 7-20 days;
Sample delivery time: 2-9 days by FedEx or DHL, to USA 1-2 days,  to UK 2-4 days,  to Canada and Australia 2-5 days;
Bulk delivery time:  2-9 days by FedEx or DHL; 7-10 days by air freight; 30-40 days by sea;

Faqs 6: How much to make a sample?

The sample charge depends on the type of goods. The sample charge for the woven label is 10 USD. But for the other kinds of samples, it is about $30-$150. Besides, we can send the samples(about 10pcs) to you by Express. Please advise the Express NO., your company name, and address, if you prefer freight collection. If prepaid, the sample charge is $30 US$ by FedEx or DHL, etc.

Making samples of the woven label, if not satisfied with the quality, we can make the second sample for free. The third sample has to be charged extra.

If the customer changed the color, size, font, and design, there would have a new sampling cost.

Faqs 7: How do I get a Quote/Sample?

First of all, we need to discuss with each other the material, color, size, quantity, and technics of the product.

And then I can offer you an accurate price based on this information. For samples, if you want a sample without your logo, we will give you our existing styles for free. You only need to pay the shipping fee.

If you need a sample with your logo, then you need to pay the sample fee to make it.

Faqs 8: What is the minimum order(MOQ)?

Different products have different MOQs. But there are some products that don’t have a MOQ, so it still depends on what you need. You can tell us which product you need. Then our product expert will tell you the MOQ. Or you can refer to this link, which has MOQ for various products.

Faqs 9: Can you do any shape?

Different products can be made in different shapes. You can tell us what product you need. Then our product expert can check if it can be made into any shape, thank you.

Faqs 10: What kind of file format do you need for design?

We need a vector graphic file but not a bitmap file. The vector graphic file has to be PDF, AI, EPS, or CDR, and the design must be still clear even after infinitely enlarging, not the phenomena of mosaic, or it is a bitmap file, not a vector graphic file.

The bitmap is made of the pixel, it will become a serrated mosaic(not clear).
The common bitmap file is JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIF, and PSD.
If the artwork you send us is not the final design, please advise the font name for helping revise it for you. And also please advise us on the Pantone No. of the colors to make sure the color is exactly what you want.

The fastest delivery is express and around 5-7 days if everything goes smoothly.

Faqs 14: Do you keep designs on file so I could order more (exactly the same) in the future?

Yes, we keep all your design files on our system for the record, so good for you to reorder the same labels in the future.

Faqs 15: How quickly could I order some? I am on a tight deadline.

We have a one-to-one salesperson to talk with you, and within one day, your products can be in production.

Faqs 16: Could you please send me the invoices corresponding to the attached proformas?

No problem, we can make an invoice according to the proforma invoice.

Faqs 17: What is your delivery policy?

Usually, we need 100% payment before production. At least 70% before production, then 30% before shipping.

Faqs 18: Is there a return policy?

If there is a quality problem, we can re-make products freely, or return all your money back.

Faqs 19: Do you send a sample before the final print is made?

If you place an order directly, it means they will finish together; if you need to see a sample first, you need to pay an extra sampling fee.

Faqs 20: And if you take orders from abroad?
